Grant started GMB Design in 2005 and is Managing Director. With over 40 years’ experience in project management, architectural design, electrical design, and building compliance, he brings a strong focus on definitive yet practical architectural solutions, profitable land development, project planning and coordination, sensible structural engineering, and up to date compliance outcomes.

Grant is passionate about working with people to meet their specific requirements when providing design, construction, and compliance solutions.

Grant specialises in building design and construction, undertaking residential, commercial, and industrial projects from conception to completion.

Grant is a Licensed Building Practitioner (Design 2) and ADNZ Professional Member.

As Design Director, Jason is actively focused on fostering a culture of design thinking and excellence within the GMBD team and promotes a principled approach to design.

Jason draws from over 15 years of experience working in both New Zealand and North and Central America, as well as extensive travel abroad.

Jason also provides technical leadership and is responsible for the implementation of standards, systems, and technologies across the company as a means for effective project delivery and quality assurance.

He enjoys collaborating with clients and consultants alike and works to develop innovative architectural solutions sensitive to people, place, and program.
